A Residential Retreat Bordering the River Valley

Larch Park is in Riverbend. You’ll find it near the highest point in Edmonton — just off Rabbit Hill Road, south of 23 Avenue NW; north of Anthony Henday Drive.

The neighbourhood overlooks the Whitemud Creek Ravine and the "Oxbow", an important nesting ground for many birds, including northern flickers, nuthatches, and goldfinches. As a part of the development, we've worked with the Edmonton & Area Land Trust and the City of Edmonton to preserve this area in perpetuity.
